1. Where are you company, and how long for shipment?
Our factory locate Quanzhou. China, Quanzhou it's a boomtown, there many factory offer shoes,apparel and other fashion products.
In usual it take 6-7days for ship to USA, Canada, Australia, England, France, Japan .... other country may take more than a week, please contact Aldo by MSN ucoole@hotmail.com or Mail: ucoole@gmail.com for more info.
2. How quality about the products?
All proudcts are 100% copy from original, it look as same as original products, because have same style and very near quality. we have many customers they order from our company, and retail in their city.
3. What about payment?
we accept most payment method, like:
Paypal
Western Union
MoneyGram
Banktransfer
After you finish payment, please mail your order ID and payment info to Ucoole@gmail.com so we can ship products out on time.
4. Exchange and return
We accept exchange, but no return after the products ship out, exchange fee 10$/p, and have send the item back to us first, and exchange it to another item, if the exchange item send with new order, it will be free shipping, if send the exchange item single plus 20 USD for shipping fee.
5. Duty & Tax
Products will be packed in boxes, ship through Air express like EMS, USPS, TNT, UPS, DHL, Fedex as private gift and with no commerce value, it will help packages pass customs as free, so most package not need to pay tax. but there have risk, and 1%--2% packges may be need to pay tax. we will pay full tax at the China port, and at the end port, buyer have duty to pay it.
6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
we accept both wholesale and sample order,
wholesale order request 3 pcs each ID, total order up 60 pcs items,will be in the wholesale price
sample order it accept 1 piece each ID, with the sample price
Mix any ID, Size, Color, Quantity in an order, It's ok
